General Shipping:
We provide free shipping on orders over $100 and use USPS.  If you prefer to have faster mail delivery, please contact us and we can provide expedited shipping (FedEx or UPS) for the additional shipping fees. For international orders we do not offer free shipping but can help arrange the most cost effective mail delivery to your area which you will be responsible for. Please contact us before placing international orders.


Shipping a product for return (see below restrictions):
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sanjevani Integrative Medicine Health & Lifestyle Center, 9001 Holly Ave NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico US 87122.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Returns:
Our return policy lasts 21 days from date of order ONLY on unopened products.  The factory safety seal and cap wrapping must still be intact.

If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Since we deliver the highest potency and purity of our products, we can not ensure how products may be stored once they have left our facility and this effects the potency of the products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Products NOT eligible for returns:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Temperature sensitive products such as all forms of probiotics, glutathione, tocotrienols, and Avogen intimate capsules cannot be returned. Perishable foods and supplement items such as ghee, chawanaprash, nut butters, spices, herbs, algae powders (spirulina, chorella) along with books cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable):
Please email us to inform us of your return.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that the refund will only be the exact amount of the purchase, not the MSRP if the product was purchased on sale. Also the refund will go back onto the same credit card (name of purchaser) and cannot be given to a third party.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of the exact amount of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will need to take a photo immediately upon opening the package to document and show us the damage.  You will have to notify us within 48 hours from receipt of package.
